Recently, an article by MLive detailed the history of Fleetwood’s Heating & Cooling. In the article, the author discusses our earliest beginnings, when founder Bill Fleetwood purchased a lot of furnaces at auction. Aiming to reduce the cost of his own furnace installation, he figured he’d sell the surplus units to his neighbors.

From that humble start, Fleetwood’s has grown into a massive operation with a new 8,000-square-foot showroom on M-43 in Paw Paw. Over the last 45 years, however, we’ve maintained our commitment to serving every member of our community, from DIY homeowners to professional contractors.
